WizPure™ qPCR Master-UDG (Probe) w/ ROX is a ready-to-use 2X real-time PCR master mix using hydrolysis (TaqMan-type) probe chemistry, formulated with a standard cycling protocol. A ROX reference dye is included for passive normalisation on ROX-requiring instruments. UDG and dUTP are included to prevent carry-over contamination between runs.
