WizPure™ qRT-PCR Master (Probe) is a one-step, ready-to-use real-time RT-PCR master mix combining reverse transcriptase and a hot-start DNA polymerase with hydrolysis (TaqMan-type) probe chemistry for quantification of RNA targets in a single closed-tube reaction. Formulated without ROX reference dye, for instruments that do not require passive reference normalisation.
