WizScript™ RT FDmix (dT20) is a freeze-dried, ambient-stable cDNA synthesis premix primed with oligo-dT20 for selective first-strand synthesis from polyadenylated mRNA. The lyophilized pellet contains reverse transcriptase, buffer, dNTPs and RNase inhibitor; simply rehydrate and add RNA.
