DPX DNA Extraction Buffer has been optimized to rapidly extract DNA from human buccal cells, epithelial cells, young plant tissue, or bacteria in three simple steps, without the need for centrifugation, spin columns, or the use of toxic organic solvents. This buffer offers superior stability: extracted DNA is stable at room temperature for at least one month and at -20°C for at least one year.
