Reagents are sufficient to cast and run eight 2% agarose gels (20 ml):
TBE electrophoresis buffer powder (5.1 g, makes 600 ml of 1X solution)
SeeGreen Agarose Tabs (8 tablets)
Gels can be cast in any agarose concentration (0.8% to 3% range) by adjusting the volume of water added to the SeeGreen Agarose Tabs.
